and how we got here...
Our focus used to be implementing beautiful homes for our work hard, play hard clients in urban Chicago. Our goal was to help our clients achieve a sense of work life balance by giving them a beautiful and calming respite to come home to so they could fully recharge & invest in themselves.
Then Covid... everyone's priorities changed... and the work hard play hard attitude shifted for many to a more
home-centric lifestyle. And that happened for us too. Formerly Lydy Designs, we moved our studio from Chicago to the lowcountry and we couldn't be happier with the change. Our focus now is helping new homeowners in the lowcountry make their new home... well... actually feel like home. The transformations that we provide is what keeps us going day after day and we feel privileged to help our clients achieve a new sense of place that really and truly feels unique to them.
Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Miami (Ohio) University, has a Master of Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design in Chicago and is an NCIDQ certificate holder. She lives with her husband and two Cavalier Charles King Spaniels in Bluffton.
